The official language of the Congress is English.

Visa Requirements

Visa regulations depend on your nationality and country of origin (http://www.msz.gov.pl/en/ministry_of_foreign_affairs). We suggest that you contact your local Polish Consulate for official instructions on the specific visa regulations and application procedures that may apply to you. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.

Official Letter of Invitation

A letter of confirmation of participation in the Congress designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries will be sent on request. It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organising Committee or Congress to provide any financial assistance. Liability and Insurance

The Congress Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

PTBUN 2017 Policy on Photography, Filming and R​ecording

No photographs, video recording or audio recordings may be permitted in the scientific sessions at this Congress unless otherwise authorised in advance by the Scientific Programme Committee.

Refund Policy

Before May 31st, 2017: full refund minus administration fee of 50 PLN
After May 31st, 2017 and before August 15th, 2017: 50% refund of the paid registration fee
After August 15th, 2017: no refund will be given
